A colleague has her fields missing. I told her to right click on the toolbar and add fields, she says she has and they show up in the right hand side of the field chooser dialogue box. But not in her view

But all she can see in her view is "arranged by:date" and "newsest on top"

Can you turn on and off the toolbar? I think it's 2010

Not totally sure I know what you mean, but has she tried re-sizing the reading pane? The width of that seems to change what fields I see in my list of emails.

Heh that's a classic oops is that. Many years ago I once reinstalled an entire OS because one view was missing, in Windows Explorer aka My Computer, I'd tried everything to get it back with no luck!

It just never occurred to me that it was too small. :whistle:
