I like it, seems like a good improvement on fm10, seem to be getting through it a bit quicker too, 10 seemed to take too long to get through for me, in November already on this.

Started a Man Utd save, signed Hamsik (£18m) and Sanchez (for £5.5m :yay: ) and a few youngsters. Rooney and Hernandez are a leathal combination up font!

Football Manager is finally quick enough not to be deadly boring! Yay! :yaay:

It's almost historic, their first ever version that wasn't rubbish. I feel almost humbled...

The speed increase is something I've been predicting since SEGA bought them out and finally, at long last, they've got the Si monkeys up to speed with a little thing called 'decent coding'. Must've finally moved it from being written is Visual Basic Abacus Edition to something approaching assembly language! My heroes! :dream: It's responsive, it's snappy, seems as full featured so far as FM10... everything Championship Manager/Football Manager should have been from the beginning. But wasn't, so it sucked big time before.

:ohohoh: :ohohoh: I've agreed a deal to sign Ronaldo :ohohoh: :ohohoh:

for £34.5m in Jan, and the board paid for it cos I had no money :yay: :yay:

He fell out with Jose, so i started praising him, and put in a speculative bid of £40m, they rejected it, he got more unhappy, transfer listed by request and then offered to me for £34.5m :yay: I love this game. Don't really need him, wonder how much someone will bid for nani/valencia/sanchez in Jan :D

Now, to do the same for Bale :fonz:

Decided to do a United game, negotiated for Bale (had to, they initially wanted £46m! ) and took Schweinsteiger for a little over his value - whaddya know, he really wanted to come to United. :D

Now I have to find a way to sell Berbatov. He's only worth £9m and there's zero interest but there's no way he's getting a squad number, can't, I have ambitions to win things. :hmm:

I loaned Berbs out first season for £2.5m and then sold him second season for £3.9m

I have no idea, I declared interest in em at the start of the first and had £25m bids rejected for both. End of the first season they offered em to me at them prices.

I'm sure the transfer system is just completed bugged. Ronaldo @ £34m is ridiculous, as is Pato @ £12m and Modric @ £6.5m. As soon as a player becomes unhappy at a club they get offered out at their asking price. Got offered Etoo for £20m, just couldn't afford his wages! Its the polar opposite of the previous fm games, where you couldn't but decent players for less than £50m!

It's a nice surprise to be able to get Ronaldo, but it just seems to have cheapened the experience somewhat!

Started my game from scratch again (was only one game into season though) because it was running way too slow.

Serves me right for loading 200k players. :p

Haven't played my United file that much.

Doing a Juve/Milan file with a friend and a Madrid/Barca file.

First season with Juve Milan. He opened up a 12 point lead in the first half of the season. I've cut it down to 4 with a 10 game winning run. (I'm Milan)

Madrid/Barca. I took the league last game of the season. He played his game before I played mine. He won leaving me needing a draw to take the title. I went 2-0 down before Ozil scored in the 77th and Higuain scored with the last kick of the game. Took the league on head to head record. I done him 2-0 at mine he done me 1-0 at his. I won the champions league. Leaving me with a chance of taking all 6 possible comps this season. I'm spending money stupidly with this file though as I'm being careful on my United file.

Though they injected £100m in to my balance with united at the end of the second season...forgot to mention, Sir Bobby Charlton is my chairmen.

Always got to be the first file though hasn't it.

I'm going to crack on with a new Barnet file after this file.

Download it and buy it at a later date if you feel guilty...

Barnet sounds more fun.

I can't really get into games with the best teams, pretty much an unlimited amount of money and can sign anyone you want (similar players to who everyone else buys).

My first game on this is At Madrid, I want to knock the other two off their perch. :D

You're right, it's a little easy, but I traditionally play my first season on the new game as United, while I find out the new bits and differences with it. Then I find something a little more challenging, eg my last 2010 save was Scunthorpe.

That would be immoral and illegal... and I don't know where from.

Lets say, for arguments sake, that I did want to download FM11 from somewhere not strictly above board then where might I find it? :ninja:
